We have the facility to be able to operate your computer remotely, from our office - this means we can see the screen as you are seeing it and we can move files back and forward to and from your computer. This means we can support you and your computers without the time delay of driving out from our office to see you. Sometimes a site visit is required but this remote support can solve a lot of problems.
